- We expanded into mobility and digital marketing solutions. In the former, our focus remains on Android apps that are functionally-rich and call for superior UX. As for the latter, we’re currently concentrating on consulting and audit services where we’re able to differentiate ourselves with our intellectual property around website conversion enhancement, clickstream analysis, website visitor tracking and social media intelligence.
- We delivered traditional and digital marketing solutions to a range of IT and non-IT companies. Some of our success stories during the year include Digital Content Publisher Achieves 364% ROI With Digital Marketing, US SAP BASIS Service Provider Scales New Heights, US Cloud-Based Solutions Provider Well Set For Predictable Revenues, Mobile Field Service Application Provider Eyes Larger Ticket Sizes, IT Services Company Enters New Geographies, SAAS Vendor Expands Into New Industries and Idea Management Product Company Bolsters Pipeline.
- With the launch of HEATMAP360, a social intelligence platform that helps businesses translate social media buzz into tangible business results, we added one more application to our portfolio of marketing solutions. Yes, we’ve heard it said that if your elevator pitch begins with “we have a platform”‘, it should end with “we have raised a billion dollars”, otherwise it’s an uphill task to succeed with a platform-based positioning. Since we have no clue of how to raise that kind of capital, we’ll see how our positioning for HEATMAP360 evolves. - Our EMAIL360 website leadgen application was enhanced with the Rocket Routing functionality that automatically routes leads for different products and services to different people in a company in realtime, thereby eliminating delays and leakages in responding to website leads – a common problem faced by banks, insurance, IT services, universities and other enterprises with multiple LOBs and SBUs.
- Our social media presence extended to Pinterest around the middle of the year. While the jury’s out on how relevant Pinterest is for a B2B company like us, it has already started delivering results in the digital marketing campaigns we’ve been executing in the B2C space.
